    Hello,

I would like to add a compulsory outgoing signature on all outgoing mail on one of my cpanel accounts.

Is there a way of doing this without making all cpanel accounts under the same WHM have the signature?

Can't find anything on this in the forum.

    Kind Regards,

    Grant

There is a way to do this for Horde, but it won't work for SMTP or NeoMail. It's a simple trailer text file (can't remember where it is, but shouldn't take you long to find it).

I am talking about ALL outgoing mail: if it gets send via smtp, then it has the signature.

    Thanks

Cpanel boxes use Exim as MTA, so you might want to have a look at exim.org
