Clients keep requesting conditional email forwarding like Gmail.

Sample how to setup - if email is received from [email protected] send a copy to [email protected]

Yes, You can do it through cPanel. You need to adjust your mail forward rules Mail Filters Options.

Although the process is pretty straight forward, I'd like to provide you with examples for both:

Sample how to setup - if email is received from [email protected] send a copy to [email protected]

In cPanel under the email section click on Forwarders, then click Add Forwarder:

Sample 2 how to setup - if email is received with subject containing CreditCard forward a copy to [email protected]

In cPanel under the email section click on Forwarders, then click Global Email Filters, click 'Create a New Filter'.
