hello everyone,
Is this suitable for the 'backend' forum? I have no idea what a backend is ....
anyway ...
I am familiar with using the cpanel backup functions to upload / download filters and aliases files.
Am I right in thinking that all mail through my exim mail server is subject to these filters and aliases? Specifically including _outgoing_ mail?
I ask because I need to somehow achieve the following piping scenario:
Mail List Manager Output (various lists)
To
'sendmail' binary or smtp serrver (as currently)
BUT
any mails destined for 'hotmail' accounts (and only them) must be piped first through my Demime then onto sendmail / smtp.
Any ideas if / how this is possible?
Also, I currently have no idea what the 'output' of my various lists actually is; presumably I would need to find this out to make any solution here work.
thanks a lot for any help,
lee
