Conditional Max recipients

Hello,

With cPanel's implementation of Exim is it possible to have conditional max recipients configured?

Say
localdomains
authenticated
relayhosts
whtelisted domains
whitelisted senders

have the default max recipients settings

rest have a low setting (say 3)
