    how to config iptable guide me step by step.and how to way check it

    If you're not familiar with iptables, then I'd suggest you install APF which will do all the hard work for you. There are several guides around to install and configure it for a cPanel server.

    I can help you man, when I used the first time this type of " firewall " I get stuked, but through various hours of practicing an trying different things I owned some particulars issues with this.

    If you need help, contact me and I can tell you what to do, but first you need to tell what do you want to do with iptables, block or reject some port ip or make works some particular port.
