ConfigServer Firewall Blocking Help Desk

When I choose "Medium" or "High" pre-configured firewall settings it blocks my help desk from submitting. The error is "error connecting to localhost"

I would like to run on high security settings. Anybody have a clue what to enable to allow my cerberus help desk?

well, you take the firewall, you install it, and then you CONFIGURE it. there is no software that will read minds, and just protect your server because you think about it :)

use the readme, or ask for a professional help. simple.

i don't get it ? does ... CONFIGURE your firewall, means no help ? should i like .. login on your server and read your rules and do it ? should i enable verbose mode in csf and log dropped packets and allow those ports in the firewall and have your helpdesk running? what possible help would you expect ? someone actually passing you rules for a helpdesk you did not specify, for an unknown os and cpanel version ?
