ConfigServer MailScanner upgrade gone bad

Hi!

I updated ConfigServer's MailScanner last night through WHM. Upgrade went bad and MailScanner didnt start. I then run update manually. Now MailScanner starts but had lost it's config file. I got the config file from backups but MailScanner keeps refusing all emails to server.

Anyone have ideas why MailScanner would refuse ALL email?

Thanks! It was helpful I figured out upgrade had removed not just .conf but all rulesets also. Had to recover from backups.
