    Hello,

Can you verify if both servers utilize the "WHM Home » Security Center » SMTP Restrictions" option? Also, what port are you using for sending email, and what specific commands or steps are you using when testing?

    Thank you.

    Dear
In Server 1 (where it does NOT work a couple of weeks ago)
    The option is enabled
In Server 2 I do not have access to Cpanel, is it possible to verify that parameter by SSH?

    The port is 587

A massive email sending software is used. MassSender ..

In both servers they work with those parameters without problems, in server1 I stop working a few weeks ago ...

Can you try disabling it to see if the issue persists?

    Thank you.
