Configure chkservd to monitor an IRC server

Hey all,

I tried to create an ircd file in /etc/chkserv.d but every time I restart chkservd it thinks my IRC server is down and tries to restart it.

Edited to say: Fixed it! It helps if you tell your IRCd to bind to the locahost address. I'm such a doofus.
