Configure cPanel Cron Times not found

After installing Cpanel , "Configure cPanel Cron Times" not found in Manage Plugins.
Notice the picture


Please help me to install the plugin

its part of cpanel is no longer a plug in (I think has been for at over three years now)
WHM>server configuration>configure cPanel cron jobs
