There are only a few reasons why mail would be stuck in queue. Most mail will only remain in queue for a matter of seconds. Commonly the only reason mail will sit in queue will be related to mail delivery problems, high load or a configuration issue on the server.
It looks like all the mail sitting in queue for you is from gmail - what is logged in the exim_mainlog for email going to gmail?
