Configuring eMail list question

I am very new to cpanel and even newer to mail lists. I desperately need to get this working but every time I create a list I can't get the email to be sent out. The system sends me as the administrator a link to approve the email. I don't want to have to approve anything, I just want emails to be sent out as the sender sends them. AND even if I try to approve an email it does not get sent. Please can someone help me get started with this program so I can make it work?

The basics are I have several groups who do weekly emailings and I need to give them a way to do these large emails (some groupings can be put to 80 addresses) that is simple and does not cause a problem with blacklisting. Setting forwarders does not work and i know I need to get this working ASAP.

If you go to cPanel>>Email>>Mailing List -> Manage (for the list you want to manage) you'll find a number of options to allow you to modify including moderation for mailing lists.
