    I have one server:
    hostname: host.mydomain.com
    with two nameservers:
    ns1.mydomain.com
    ns2.mydomain.com

now I would like to set up second server but with host name in subdomain mydomain.com:
    f.e.
    server1.mydomain.com
    and use nameservers:
    ns1.mydomain.com
    ns2.mydomain.com

Whar should I do on first server (host.mydomain.com) to start server1.mydomain.com
    ?

    Best regards,
    Maksymilian

Could you define what is meant by start in your question? If you need the DNS zone configured for server1.mydomain.com to that second server's A record, simply create the DNS zone in WHM > Add a DNS Zone on host.mydomain.com and use that second server's A record for that zone.

I imagine host.mydomain.com either contains the DNS zone for mydomain.com or else you have separate nameservers (DNS only) clustered to host.mydomain.com that control that mydomain.com DNS zone.
