Hey there! Without access to the server, it's going to be a bit tricky to answer this one. It seems odd to me that the CloudLinux packages aren't able to find each other, so the best option might be to contact CloudLinux directly, or submit a cPanel ticket if your CloudLinux license is also purchased through us.

You could try running "yum search alt-ruby24-libs" to see if it finds any packages, but I doubt there will be useful output based on what you've shown so far.

Thanks for the additional details. That is the output I would expect, so I'm not sure what conflict would be happening on the machine. I think a ticket to either us or CloudLinux would be the best way to get this issue resolved.
