Conflicts with iptables and firewalld?

(Sorry for my not perfect english)

I'm having a problem with Cpanel. I can not edit the DNS for example.

It seems that the problem is rather cPanel (after updates to cPanel which also updates kernel and firewall software).

I had set up a cron job to automatically delete the new rules after cPanel updated iptables. On the other hand since version 7 of the CentOS system, instead of "iptables" it is recommended to use "firewalld" and from what I see iptables and firewalld are activated together. Maybe there is a conflict !?

In any case I have just reset the software firewall according to the cPanel documentation.

I made a reboot of the server but the problem persists.

I've been unable to replicate this problem on a test system. Can you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the affected system to see why the Edit DNS Zone option is failing to load? You can post the ticket number here and we'll link this thread to it.

Ok the problem is solved. I was on the url https://example.com:2087 instead of https://s1.example.com:2087
