I'm a bit confused as t how WHM is calculating a reseller's quotas. I have a setup where my reseller is allocated 12GB of disk space. I've set their account to be limited by 'Resource Usage' but have allowed overselling. Basically I want the reseller to be able to sell as much as they want, but if the actual disk usage goes over 12GB I need to be notified so I can bill them for that additional storage.

Right now when I go to "Resellers>>View Reseller Usage and Manage Account Status" it show the 2 accounts the reseller created, along with totals at the bottom. The reseller created 2 accounts that both have a 12GB limit. The total at the bottom is showing 24GB allowed. How can this be if I've set the reseller to be limited to 12GB?

If I look under "Account Information>>Show Accounts Over Quota" nothing shows up (I'm assuming because each account is under 12GB). But the reseller's total actual disk space used is over 12GB right now (the 2 accounts combined are 15GB). How can I be informed of this when they go over their actual amount?

OK I've seen some information about how reseller's that are set to oversell can use as much resources as they want. What I'm looking for is the ability to set a reseller to oversell, which will allow him to create any plan he wishes, but he'll still be limited by his actual resource usage limit. If he goes over that limit I need to somehow be notified. Is this possible?

I've done some searching in the forums, and this response seems to sum up exactly what I'm looking for (in regards to notifications):

Since this thread is 4 years old, can someone confirm if this is a feature that is now possible in WHM? The link to the bugzilla url is broken, so I couldn't see the status of the request.
