I tried to send mail 2-3 lines, size small, but mail is going very slow. (7-30 sec.)

Mail was going too fast on the old server with the same code but very slow now.

I think the problem in cPanel settings, because the my code was working fine in my old reseller. Now i have VDS. (CENTOS 6.6 x86_64, WHM 11.50.0 (build 27), Apache 2.4, PHP 5.4)

My code is here : [Removed]
Exim Log is here : [Removed]

How do i solve this problem?

If I did expressive language disorder, I apologize for my english. :)

    Hello :)

It's possible the VPS is allotted less resources than were available on the shared host. Do you notice delays when sending the emails manually through an email client, or is it only when sending through a PHP script? Does the server load increase when sending the emails through the script?

    Thank you.
