Connection reset by peer

Over the last two days I have started to have problems with email stacking up in queue.

Yesterdays problem "connection refused (111)" = solution stopped, started and restarted APF everything works fine.

Today, I had to redo the APF Stop/Start/Restart because mail started staking up again (from about 1:am on) and I now have the new problem of "Connection reset by peer".

Suggestions?
