    Hi,

Do you have iptables/csf enabled on the server ? If yes then temporary disable the iptables/csf and try telnet again. If still you face the same issue then consult with hosting/server provider to check if hotmail's IPs blocked in their network firewall.

    Thanks

Same also after disabling firewall. You think this is a provider issue?

    Hi,

Just confirm with the provider if these IPs are being blocked in their network/hardware firewall.

    Thanks

The reason the emails aren't delivering is that the connection is timing out. Can you please check the contents of your /etc/resolv.conf file?

    Hello,

This is not a resolver issue but your IP is blacklisted. Microsoft is blocking connection from your network. You should contact their support for more information on this.

    Hello :)

Your access level is listed as website owner, indicating you do not have root access to your server. Please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can troubleshoot the issue further.

    Thank you.
