    Hello,

The following post includes the configuration information that one user entered to successfully configure their POP3 email account with Google:

    Receive/send cpanel email from Gmail

Could you let us know if those settings help? If not, could you verify if you are using CloudFlare?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
The linked post did not help. I confirm the pop3 settings are the same as provided by cpanel. I do not use cloudflare or other CDN.

    Hello,

Do you notice any output to /var/log/maillog or /var/log/exim_mainlog when attempting to setup the POP3 email account in Gmail?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The logs do not show a remote connection attempt from Google. Do you have any firewall rules enabled that could be blocking the connection attempt?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I don't see anything that would prevent Google from accessing your server. Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature if you'd like us to take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
