Is there a known issue with saving the contact e-mail under cPanel 9.9.6 Release 10? I have a subdomain with somebody and each time I login to cPanel, it says that No contact email has been set. I follow the link and provide my e-mail and it even says that the e-mail was saved correctly but when I get back to the cPanel home page, it again says that No contact email was set. My host says that this is probably a cPanel issue and I should check here ... Is this the case? Anybody knows what I can do to fix the problem?

The problem seems to have been due to permission issues on the .contactemail file in my root folder. The file did not have the correct owner set and once the owner was changed, it worked fine :)

I have the same problem. Can you tell me how I can change the permission?

    Thanks.
