Continuing mail filter problems

It's been several months now that my mail filters have not worked. There were two problems that I was seeing:

1. Blank Return-Path headers bypass the filters.

2. Having a default recipient bypasses the filters.

To be honest, I can't tell which of these currently accounts for my spam problems, because it's hard to pore through the several THOUSAND bogus emails I get every day. Please, please fix these problems!

The cPanel filters simply use the exim filtering system. You can modify those filters directly either in a .filters file or in /etv/vfilters/domain.com - you can get more information on exim filters from the exim site. IF you are an end-user then you need to speak to your web hosting provider about such issues.
