Contract Support

Hello Everyone. Our company have recently decided to moved to the virtual hosting market using CPanel. Unfortunately at this time we only have staffs who are qualify to administer NT boxes. Can someone recommend a solution, contract support from third party or others, that can help us jump start our project?

We are looking for someone who can assist us in the initial stage of the installation and maintenance until we are comfortable handling the administration ourself.

I would recommend ACTSupport (www.actsupport.com) I've heard and experienced only good things about them and the rates are very reasonable.

That's a cool looking company. I may even consider them. Tom, you mentioned you've experinced them, was this with a cpanel/WHM environment? And if so what was the turn around time like?

It was a CPanel enviroment. I haven't had them do anything deep in the server (for lack of a better word). They are great with assisting clients...very fast response. Most tickets answered and resolved within 30 minutes to an hour...answers are very polite and helpful to the clients....things like step by step on how to do something...its been great. Our in-house handles the big stuff and they assist clients with site specific stuff...I like it


(BTW, I don't get a referral but if you decide to talk to them, please mention my name...they have been good to us and I want them to know we don't mind telling friends )
