    controlpanel migration through FRAUD?

I have a big problem with Cpanel.

They have blocked my ip so I can't get a new license for my servers.

In Cpanel you can import clients from other controlpanels
Is there a other controlpanel that can import cpanelclients?

Because the problem is now for more than a week, they reply on my tickets very rapitly but not on my ISP's tickets. So it isn't fixed and I am losing clients.

It is not that I would migrate my servers from cpanel to a other controlpanel, but if this will last longer, I must.

Can somebody give me some advice about a other controlpanel for my servers, just in case?

    Thanks

who has blocked your IP? why are they blocking it? Are you doing something illegal?

No, I am not doing something illegal, but they have blocked the hole range of ip's.

It has something to do with a company that went bankrupt and throu that company I was rented my licenses.

I have good faith that I do not have to migrate to another controlpanel, but I want to have my options open, just in case.

    Help!

and the good faith is floating away...

I have asked Cpanel to help me out with this problem, as I had no problems with Cpanel so far, however they won't respond any of my tickets...

I have suggest that I buy directlicenses directly from them just for my servers, but they aren't responding on my suggestion.

Why am I being punnished for a company that went bankrupt which I was not even familiar with and certainly had no contractual relationship with?

    Has anybody a suggestion?

I can't move because of a contract, else I am in financial problems and my customers have more and more trouble through this, and some are leaving my company...

Option 1: I don't move and I can't use Cpanel and customers are leaving
Option 2: I move and can use Cpanel, but I am in big financial problems, through my contract

In either situations I am *****.....

    Has someone a better option?

    Please keep your language polite.

What ticket(s) do you have open? Post the number(s) and I'll look at them for you.

    My ticket is: 120537

Sorry for my language, but it is getting in to me...
More and more clients are calling and now some even have left my company...
