Hi Guys,

I have a website script setup and the admin is located in IANA — Example domains folder

When I was on temporary IP it was working ok and I could access it using the 112.140.111.28/controlpanel/
Now when I have migrated it to a domain name it redirects to /cpanel

Can anyone help me ?

Hello,

This is because of the redirect alias in httpd.conf:

Code:
[email protected] [/etc/ssh]# grep controlpanel /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
ScriptAliasMatch ^/?controlpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
You could remove that line in httpd.conf file and then run these commands so it will not be used any longer for a redirect to cPanel:

Code:
cp /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf.bak120730
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/apache_conf_distiller --update
/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
/etc/init.d/httpd restart
Many sections of httpd.conf cannot have changes made to them, but this portion of the configuration can have components removed and then distilled for those changes.

Thanks!
