Well, in /home/cptmp/xxxx/ directory, I have a file called "cpmove-xxxx.tmp"

So, and now ?
What's the next step ?

How can I do for restore this account in this (new) server ?

I don't know what I have to do now with this file (cpmove-xxxx.tmp)!

Thanks for any help!

I always find it best to remove the file.

The above can happen for a number of reasons, and just trying again works.
