Copy Account from Another Server - not working in cpanel 5 b

While attempting to transfer a domain from one cpanel box to another cpanel box, which has been done many times before successfully, this time I got the error msg below.

Any ideas? Im using Cpanel 5 build 6 on Redhat 7.2
