    Hi,

I've searched through the forums for something substancial on this but it seems that nothing covers it.
I have an account which I am trying to copy from another server. I have the user account and password and I can login to it on the remote server without a problem.
Both the remote and local servers are running the same cPanel version (7.2.1-R45.). The account copy initially almost finished but hangs during the transfer of the tarball. This is always the last line that shows up:
    Downloading Tarball
    http://x.x.x.x/~username/cgi-bin/cpdownload/cpaneldownacct.cgi?subae3 (unknown size)

I have left it for hours and hours and it never gets past this.

Can I either fix this or is there a way to manually transfer this site?

    Thanks.

If you have shell access on the remote machine, you can do things manually. The halting at that point could mean that the server owner has bandwidth protection enabled, so users can leech off host.domain.com/~user/
