“Copy an account from another server” broken?

When using the “Copy an account from another server with account password” feature, when both servers are 7.4.0-S12. I get (after it shows that account was able to login to the server fine):

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /~bobcr/cgi-bin
/cpdownload/cpanelwrap.cgi
<snip>

Any ideas?

The loosing server could be preventing users from using host.server.com/~username. You should double check to ensure you're allowed to access their account with this method.

If I go to loosing servers I.P/~user, it forward it http://url /~user (the URL is bobcr’s website address) and shows usrs site.
