"Copy an account from another server with account password" error

Last night i carried hostings our other servers to new server.But every comeing hosting are seeing as root in cpanel."Warning: You are logged in using the reseller or root password" but users are not reseller or root.
what can i do ?

and when carried hosting our server, users sql backups are not coming..
