Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password

Dear,

I have a new VPS server and try to transfer from the first WHM to the other WHM. When I go to:
"Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password"
And I ad the old account IP, name and password. It's seems not to work??
Nothing went transfered?

How come? It's from both cPanel servers.

What to do ?

Hello,

Do you have root access to both systems? If so, please use:

"WHM >> Transfers >> Transfer Tool"

Otherwise, if you don't have root access to the source server, let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log on the destination server when attempting to copy the account using the account password.
