    Hello,

I have not done this before, but would need to do it soon:

There are 2 ways to copy an account:

    A. Using the root password
    B. Using the account password.

What is the different with the copying process? What things, if any, are not copied if I would not use the copy with root password?

(Both servers are WHM 6, latest release edition).

    Thanks!

I believe the 'root' method uses an SSH method to move things and the 'account password' uses FTP.

The root method has been found to be more reliable here.

    Thanks!

Are there things that are not going to get copied if I would use the account password?

In other word, what things would I have to copy/change manually when copying accounts with the account password?

    Thank You.
