Copy multiple accounts from another server failed

hello,
I tried Copy multiple accounts from another server , the remote server use plesk 8.1 and i put the remote root password

but the transfer faild :

Unable to find an ip address   


Transfer ErrorAccount creation failed.. cannot continue..  
 
Transfer ErrorAccount Restore Failed

and when I try I copy one account it will copy it 100%,

http://1.1.1.1:2086/scripts2/showacctacttlogs
it will show to me the full list of accounts the I tried to copy them

what's the wrong ?

Thats because you do nto have any extra IPs which you can assign to your copied accounts. UNCHECK "Assign IP Address" and it will go thru.
