Copy multiple accounts from another server??

Hi

I am thinking to move mutiple account from one server to another. They are in the same data centres. So IP should be working with both server. Whats the best way to move??
Has anyone used the &Copy multiple accounts from another server & in the WHM? Does it work properly??? I remember a while ago, many people report it doesnt work.
