cpanel stores the mail accounts under /home/<cpanel_user>/mail/<domain>/<mail_account>
If you want to copy all the mails from one account to another, you can sync the mails by running

    rsync -av /home/<cpanel_user1>/mail/<domain1>/<mail_account1>/ /home/<cpanel_user1>/mail/<domain1>/<mail_account2>/

If it is under the same domain everything should work, if it is for another user you need to correct the ownership.
