I am currently replacing old boxes with new ones. Confusion lies with DNS clustering.

I have read about all I could find on that subject in this forum but I'm still confused.

1- I use 3 name servers. Should I have all servers synchronizing to all servers or should I have only one server (let's call it primary) synchronzing to all servers while the secondary servers synchronize only to the primary and not with each other ?

2- Is there a way for the new server to automatically get all the CURRENT zones from an old server or do I have to scp the named.conf and /var/named files ?

3- it looks like in the clustering feature, all DNS servers are master, and no server is slave is it right ? and can't it be a problem to some DNS check tools ?

Many thanks to anyone who can shed some light.
