I'm copying a rather large account from one server to another, but I didn't realize it was going to take 4+ hours to complete! The site is about 6GB in size, including MySQL and text databases, so I knew it would take awhile, but I didn't think it would take quite this long.

Note: the text files are primarily thousands upon thousands of text files, used for Private Messages between users, and the MySQL database is primarily used for a very active message board.

Here's the question. By the time it's completed copying, the database files will be out of date because visitors will have made posts and sent PMs. So, is there a way to copy these text files and databases over tomorrow night (when there's no traffic) WITHOUT copying the entire site again from scratch?
