Copying accounts from whm reseller to dedicated

I have a quick and rather painless question, a client of mine resides on a shared server as a reseller with whm access and about 20 sub-clients. Is it possible to export all of the accounts at once without knowing the root password or do I have to do them one at a time and in the event that I must do them one at a time, is there any way to retrieve the passwords without changing them?
