copying accounts - Timeout while copying

    Hi,

    Both servers has lates WHM. But I get next error trying to copy account:

    Copying tarball...
    Timeout while copying ...
    Retrying Copying tarball...
    Timeout while copying ...
    Retrying Copying tarball...
    Timeout while copying ...
    Verifying tarball checksum.....md5sum: /home/cpmove-pheasant.tar.gz: No such file or directory
    Checksum Failed.. The filecopy had a problem!

    Any ideas?

    Are the two servers in diffrent locations?

    No,

    They are at burst.
    Another server was build few days ago. Can be this a problem?

    Its probably timing out on a dns lookup.. You'll need to fix the underlying dns problem before this will work..

    im having the same problem, did you manage to fix the dns issue?
