Copying Blocked IP List to Another Server

I've been using Host Access Control to block IP's from the server due to hacking attempts on our forums. I'd like to know how is this info stored? In the db or in a file?

We just got a new server but it is not in the same location and has a new IP. I'd like to copy that info to the new server without doing each IP manually.
