Is it possible to copy data directly from one server to another server in any method such as ip address to ipaddress?

Also, this person does not have a contorl panel on his server.

I tried WHM "copy an account from another server"
Inputted his ip, server root password (his), username
    and clicked setup

    got this:

    Attemping to package account...
The remote server "IP ADDRESS" unexpectedly terminated the connection. (connection not allowed from this server?)Attemping to package account...

Sounds like you will have to do it manually. Setup an account on the new server then copy all the data accross separately.
