I'm migrating a customer's accounts from one server to another. They've got a couple accounts with parked domains on them, which WHM appears to only copy part of.

E.g. it creates the mail forwards, and adds the domain a few files. However, the parked domain doesn't show up in cPanel, nor does it get a zone file created, or the Apache config updated.

Any ideas on why this happens, and how to fix the issue? Server is running WHM 10.8.0 on CentOS 3.5 (VPS).

this usually happen when you have some troubles on old server. just for example: parked domain may be added/removed few times, owned by wrong user, etc. You should check your domains on old server by /scripts/updateuserdomains and also (sometimes) manually by checking user files in /var/cpanel/users

The parked domain appears fine on the old server, and shows up in all the proper places.

are you check user files in /var/cpanel/users? here you can check content of user file (username). you may see something like xdns=domain.com or just domain name doubled o something else.
if you not found anything strange here, i only may say that this is cpanel fault. sometimes cpanel can lost parked, addon domains even that on old server all work fine.
