    Dear cPanel Forms Members,

Wondering how one may achieve copying dotfiles when hidden in File Manager.

    Regards,

    Hi,

When you actually go to the cPanel >> FileManager, you will get a popup, which has the option to see the hidden files and folder.. You can then do the copying action you want.

However, I would like to know specifically how do you want to initiate the copy, through filemanager or through command line?

    Hello,

In File Manager, utilize the "Settings" option in the upper-right hand section of the interface and enable the following option:

    Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)

Then, select the hidden file and click on the "Copy" option.

    Thanks!
