Id like to offer some feedback so that someone might work on this.

Right now whm lets you transfer accounts with/without password from server to server if i understand right but this wont work of course on the same server to same server as "account" already exists.

This in as something that really needs discussion? In my opinion whm should have an overall "file manager" to allow accounts to be moved/copied between each other, especially if your running a dedicated server as we are.

Right now the only option is ftp down than back up again to new account, with large accounts this is really a pain in the butt plus allows for ftp errors to crop in.

Not sure I understand why you'd want to copy an account from/to the same server? Lots of system files in various places for that account other than just /home/username/

At any rate, here's a great system file manager http://www.configserver.com/cp/cse.html
