    Hi,

I have about 30 accounts setup on a shared server that I don't have root access too. I do have WHM and Cpanel setup on the shared server as well as DNS.

Is it possible for me to import under these conditions?

    TIA

You can do them one by one, but not bulk. You need root password for that.

    still trying to copy

thanks John will try that if what I am trying now doesn't work.

I currently have the original server owner on my machine to import so that he could enter in his root password and pick the domains to import. It works well on his server but it doesn't copy the files over we get this error:

    Remote file is: /home/cas/cpmove-adelejon.tar.gz
    Attemping to chown archive...

    Unable to chown script

    any ideas?

Also, is it possible to just upload the &cpmove& files to my server by FTP and import them from the local HD? That may be easiest at this point.
