I am having the problem mentioned in this thread. The solution posted above, to click "modify account" works. However, the problem is that I have this happening on hundreds of accounts, so it is impossible to go in and click "modify account" one-by-one. Does anyone know of a script that would just do whatever "modify account" does to all accounts on the server?

    Hello xaav,

You could try running /scripts/updateuserdomains which will update anything in /var/cpanel/users/username to be the latest information.

If that does not work, could you please submit a ticket in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature. Please also post the ticket number here upon opening one.
