Corrupt PostNuke Script?

On several servers (all running WHM 10.8.0/cPanel 10.8.1-R113), I am finding that the PostNuke installer script only installs 5 tables to the database that it creates. A working version of postnuke on a different server (installed from source code) has 79 tables in the database.

Are there any known issues with a bad PostNuke script in this version of CPanel?
