I just installed WHM but when I tried creating an account WHM says:

Account Creation Status: failed (httpd.conf is corrupt. Please have your admin repair or restore it from backup)
httpd.conf is corrupt. Please have your admin repair or restore it from backup

Logging into ssh but I couldn't find the original httpd.conf file.

What should I do with it.

A corrupt httpd.conf is a very rare occurrence with today's EasyApache 3 system. I recommend you submit a support ticket regarding this so the cause of this issue can be determined and resolved: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit
