Does anyone know how to fix this? I just started getting this and haven't upgraded my cpanel for about 4 months. This command worked fine after running it several times last week:

# /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel stop
Could not find functions file, your system may be broken

ditto... same problem here... just updated cpanel / whm via "update cpanel" in WHM, rebooted, and nothing started.

Had to manually start apache and mysql to get sites back up, but still can't access cPanel or WHM via http://:2096 or https://:2087

No SSL it would appear. Left server completely boogered it would appear.
