couldn't found SMTP Tweak on VPS

when I tried to restart csf I received this error

Error: The option "WHM > Security Center > SMTP Tweak" is incompatible with this firewall. The option must be disabled in WHM and the SMTP_BLOCK alternative in csf used instead, at line 76

and i tried to found this "WHM > Security Center > SMTP Tweak" and nothing there about this erver

I also write my signature under this post - any solution? is it connected to custom build kernels?

VPS don't have the ability to use this tweak to my understanding, due to the custom kernel required for VPS.
